Assist the Project Sales Team in conducting product trials and build <br> inferences on Asian Paints product strength products in the <br> market.<br> 2. Devise ways in which these product strengths can be communicated to <br> the consumers and influencers. <br> 4. Conduct pre-painting site inspection, on-site inspection and post painting <br> site inspection for all fresh and repainting project sites.<br> 5. Understand the requirements from Customer and propose the solutions <br> based on site evaluation.<br> 6. Conduct product sampling at the site based on the requirement.<br> 7. Provide services to Landmark sites as per promised timelines.<br> 8. Conduct regular supervision of ongoing sites along with Service .<br> Representative to ensure right product application practices <br> Site Warranties.<br> 9. Coordinate proactively with Project Sales team about the details of the sites <br> where warranty needs to be issued.<br> 10. Conduct Post painting inspection and capture all relevant details like area, <br> paint consumption, coverage etc. and issue site warranty certificate.</p>

<p><b>Customer Complaint’s</b><br> 1.Investigate complaints reported at sites and resolve within the defined <br> timelines.<br> 2. Conduct customer complaints analysis and share the findings with Project <br> Sales, Research and Technology and Marketing function to avoid <br> reoccurrence.</p>

<p><br> <b>Quality Assurance</b><br> 1. Conduct random checks of draw down tinting process at godowns and <br> ensure shade compliances <br> 2. Conduct site inspection to verify actual application process against the <br> recommended process <br> 3. Provide training to sampling painters on application process for all <br> products<br> Training <br> 4. Develop modules and conduct product trainings for Contractors, <br> Painters, Site Supervisors and Engineers as per requirement<br> 5. Coordinate with different functions and ensure completion of trainings <br> organized by Marketing function<br> 6. Brief the Project Sales team on the technical aspects of all existing and <br> new products <br> Market Intelligence<br> 7. Conduct product trials and building inferences on Asian Paints product <br> strength vis-à-vis products in market<br> 8. Devise ways in which the product strengths can be communicated to the <br> consumers and influencers<br> 9. Integrate with Research and Technology function for new product <br> development based on technological trends in the market.</p>

<p><b>Training</b></p>

<p>1. Develop modules and conduct product trainings for Contractors, Painters, Site Supervisors and Engineers as per requirement</p>

<p>2. Coordinate with different functions and ensure completion of trainings organized by Marketing function</p>

<p>3. Brief the Project Sales team on the technical aspects of all existing and new products Market Intelligence</p>

<p>4.Conduct product trials and building inferences on Asian Paints product strength vis-à-vis products in market</p>

<p>5.Devise ways in which the product strengths can be communicated to the consumers and influencers</p>
