(Chemistry) / M.Sc. (Chemistry) </p> <p>Key Performance Indicator-</p> <p>1) Ensure adherence to Production process as per laid down procedures and instructions<br>2) Carry out required transactions and process records in SAP<br>3) Update Safety, Environmental and Quality Records regularly<br>4) Report to Superiors on progress of the Plan/Production details and other issues within the Section<br>5) Plan shift activities with respect to manpower, machine, batches, etc<br>6) Close coordination with other sections (Packing) and all service departments to ensure timely completion of Production target<br>7) Handling of shopfloor issues and taking appropriate actions to minimize the production &amp; breakdown losses<br>8) Deploy operators in every shift and ensure batch charging/processing as per planning schedule.<br>9) Leading and supervising the shift based team (operators &amp; contractors) on shift to shift basis<br>10) Ensure all in-process checks are carried as per process guidelines<br>11) Fill up the shift report of the shift and update efficiency records for all the operators in the shift end.<br>12) Capture all equipment breakdowns, Unsafe Act , Unsafe condition, waste generation in respective portals<br>13) Ensuring smooth transition of shift changeover with proper handover – takeover process<br>14) Ensuring availability Raw Materials, PPE’s &amp; production consumable items<br>15) Ensure proper shop floor and machine/equipment hygiene<br>16) Maintaining the 5S of the section<br>17) Active participation in maintaining safety, environment &amp; Health initiative of the organization<br>18) Looking for improvement areas and implementing the same in the workplace</p></div></div></div> </span>
