EXECUTIVE II - EHS

<span class="jobdescription"><p>Primary Responsibilities:</p> <ol style="list-style-type:decimal"> <li>Ensuring smooth operation of the entire Water Network (Water Treatment Plant - RO, DM, DI, Softener, RWH systems), Wastewater Network (Effluent Treatment Plant, Sewage Treatment Plant, Zero Liquid Discharge System), Waste Network (Hazardous and Non-Hazardous) and other related facilities and coordinating for timely breakdown rectification</li> <li>Support Manager EHS in ensuring compliance to all identified legal requirements pertaining to Environment (wrt EC, CTE, CTO, GW NOC etc.)</li> <li>Support Manager EHS in timely execution &amp; closure of Environment related capital expenditures</li> <li>Support Manager EHS in achieving Environment Management Plans and Sustainability Targets (wrt Effluent, Waste, Water, Energy etc.)</li> <li>Enforcing plant level compliance to Asian Paints Environment Management System</li> <li>Exploration and Implementation of technologies to reduce overall resource consumption in coordination with Manager EHS.</li> <li>Preparation &amp; timely submission of EHS MIS reports to Manager EHS</li> <li>Tracking of Revex and ensuring year on year savings on operational costs</li> <li>Champion with team (Executives, Team Members, Contract Workmen) and ensure Safety at EHS department</li> <li>Support in Plant Level Agendas such as Safety Journey, Manufacturing Excellence Journey etc.</li> <li>Carry out Environmental external and internal monitoring as per schedule</li> </ol> <p> </p> <p>Key Competencies:</p> <ol style="list-style-type:decimal"> <li>Functional knowledge of Environment related legal requirements</li> <li>Manufacturing experience preferably related to operations of wastewater treatment systems</li> <li>Knowledge on Environment Management Systems preferably at execution level</li> <li>Project Management preferably wrt Capex Project Execution</li> <li>Strong Stakeholder Management Skills (key stakeholders include operators, contract workmen, engineering team, production teams, central EHS teams, Pollution Control Boards etc.)</li> <li>Strong Collaboration skills</li> <li>Data Collation and Analysis</li> <li>Ability to work well under pressure</li> <li>Task orientation</li> <li>Innovative thinking</li> </ol> </span>
