<span class="jobdescription"><div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px"><b>External Job Description</b></H2> </div><div><p>Job Purpose <br>The position of an adhesives technologist would be to assist the fields teams for site sampling &amp; complaint <br>handling and extend support for new product development </p> <p>Primary responsibilities </p> <p>Site Sampling and Contractor reach-out: Facilitate the field team in contractor reach outs and inducing sampling <br>with the contractor set and registering them in MasterStrokes (MS) <br>Complaint Handling: Rapid response to the product complaints raised by the network<br>dealers/contractors/carpenters/masons <br>New Product Development: Complete all the required testing &amp; trials in coordination with R&amp;T; Take ownership <br>of the application lab in the division <br>Product Training: Lead product training initiatives for the field teams for the division</p></div></div></div> </span>
