• Identify and expand network of stores for selling AP’s home decor products like wallpaper, furniture, lights etc.</p>

• Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory for performance in excellence.</p>

• Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with channel partners.</p>

• Implementing a sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritising key customers and prospects.</p>

• Monitoring sales team performance, analysing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to zonal heads</p>
