<span class="jobdescription"><div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px"><b>External Job Description</b></H2> </div><div><p><strong>Job Description- </strong><br><br>Training, Quality Management &amp; Capturing Market Practices : Ensuring Post training interviews &amp; site visits and based on feedbacks, work on improving training delivery in consultation with BM -Training Content.<br>Training Delivery &amp; Capability Building: Ensuring that the Training Delivery is as per the guidelines shared by CA BM<br>Participant Management &amp; Tracking: Participants’ Profiling to enable training in a structured manner.<br>CA Management : <strong>1) </strong>Implementing systems &amp; process to improve the state of infrastructure <strong>2</strong>) Ensuring timely reporting of monthly expenses by 5th of following month to Admin Officer –<br>Support / training to new trainer / Technologist– <strong>1)</strong>Briefing of job profile / role 2)Sharing of reading material such as product details, technical data sheet, PIS, Safety Manual etc.3)Arrangement of application workshop with technology / mktg.<br>Market understanding / data capturing: Capturing market practises on regular basis and sharing it with HO team for further analysis</p> <p>Qualification:</p> <p><strong>Essential</strong></p> <p>B.Sc. in Chemistry or Diploma in Paint Technology</p> <p>Minimum of 50% throughout education</p> <p>Graduation must be through a full-time day course.</p> <p><strong>Desired</strong></p> <p>M.Sc. Chemistry<br>Applicants with an Engineering background (B. Tech/B.E./B. Pharma/Diploma) and MBA will not be considered.</p> <p>Previous Experience<br>Relevant experience of 0-1 yrs preferred</p> <p> </p></div></div></div> </span>
