Manage multiple stores across a geography in terms of maintenance, dealer coordination, new store launches.</p> <p> </p> <div> <h3>Key Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li>Drive business development initiatives by engaging with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Store Teams, and Associates.</li> <li>Manage multiple stores within the assigned geography, including maintenance, dealer coordination, and new store launches.</li> <li>Coordinate with Pricing, Order Processing, IT, Brand Team, and Design Cell to ensure seamless store operations.</li> <li>Manage escalations and coordinate execution of high-value, high-profile projects.</li> <li>Ensure adherence to consultation processes, reporting standards, and project follow-ups.</li> <li>Establish quality standards for space planning, mood boards, and design presentations.</li> <li>Support store profitability and business growth through upselling, cross-selling, training, and sales enablement initiatives.</li> <li>Drive implementation of centrally launched business initiatives across stores.</li> </ul> </div> <div> <h3> </h3> <h3>Technical Skills</h3> <ul> <li>Ability to assess customer requirements and develop suitable design solutions.</li> <li>Ability to translate customer briefs into designs aligned to budget, lifestyle, and functional needs.</li> <li>Strong understanding of space planning and aesthetic design principles.</li> <li>Ability to improve systems and processes based on business requirements.</li> <li>Ability to develop and execute upsell and cross-sell strategies.</li> <li>Strong visualization and presentation skills through sketches, mood boards, storyboards, and 3D renders.</li> <li>Good knowledge of Asian Paints products and design-led selling practices.</li> </ul> </div> </span>
