Training &amp; Employee Involvement</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Conduct safety induction for new employees and continuous training programs.</p> </li> <li> <p>Organize emergency mock drills.</p> </li> <li> <p>Attend safety meetings and ensure closure of safety points.</p> </li> <li> <p>Communicate safety arrangements via displays, signs, magazines, literature, and annual reports.</p> </li> <li> <p>Participate in safety goal setting, improvement projects, suggestion schemes, and promotional activities.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>2. Safety Audits &amp; Inspections</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Perform daily safety inspections and share observation reports.</p> </li> <li> <p>Oversee statutory inspections of lifting tools, tackles, and pressure vessels.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensure compliance with ESS and GRC portals.</p> </li> <li> <p>Participate in audits and implement CAPA (Corrective &amp; Preventive Actions).</p> </li> <li> <p>Conduct hazard identification, risk assessments, and job safety analysis.</p> </li> <li> <p>Monitor contractor safety performance with reward/penalty systems.</p> </li> <li> <p>Inspect and maintain safety equipment.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>3. Safety &amp; Fire Control Systems</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Ensure proper functioning of safety guards, interlocks, tools, and equipment.</p> </li> <li> <p>Enforce work permit systems and isolation procedures.</p> </li> <li> <p>Control hazardous substances and maintain PPE stock.</p> </li> <li> <p>Monitor workplace noise, ventilation, and dust.</p> </li> <li> <p>Inspect electrical installations and assess fire risks.</p> </li> <li> <p>Maintain firefighting equipment.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>4. Safety Performance &amp; Measurement</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Report and investigate all incidents/near misses.</p> </li> <li> <p>Maintain incident trend analysis and manage potential loss areas.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>5.
