• Ensure shift safety through Tool Box Talks and permit controls<br>
• Meet daily production targets while following safety, quality &amp; EHS norms<br>
• Monitor resin processing (heating/cooling profiles, reactor parameters, batch cycles)<br>
• Perform online batch checks, sampling, SAP entries, and batch documentation<br>
• Coordinate LOTO, breakdowns, and preventive maintenance in SAP<br>
• Support QA approvals, RCA for deviations, and continuous improvement initiatives<br>
• Report unsafe conditions and handle emergencies as required</p>

<p><strong>Qualification:</strong> Diploma in Chemical | <strong>Max Age:</strong> 26<br><strong>Experience:</strong> 1–3 years in Chemical/Resin/Adhesive/Pharma manufacturing<br><strong>Skills:</strong> Polymer chemistry, utilities, DCS/PLC, SAP (PP/MM), MS Office</p> <p><strong>Shift Working:</strong> Yes</p></div></div></div> </span>
