<span class="jobdescription"><p>Core Responsibilities of the job:</p> <p><strong>Inspection &amp; Testing</strong></p> <p>Conduct timely inspection &amp; testing of incoming Raw Materials, Packing Materials, Intermediates &amp; Finished Goods</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Calibration &amp; Maintenance</strong></p> <p>Calibrate &amp; conduct preventive maintenance of the reference/master samples &amp; testing instruments as per guidelines</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Customer complaint analysis</strong></p> <p>Conduct quick analysis of complaint received from the market and respond timely response to field</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Audit</strong></p> <p>Carry out audits as per defined schedule and guideline</p> <p>Perform closure of the gaps as per agreed timelines</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>System Adherence</strong></p> <p>Adhere to APQS (QMS, SMS &amp; EMS)</p> <p>Raise design change requests</p> <p>Conduct Self-assessment as per process and Provide suggestion for improvement in case of any gap</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Improvement</strong></p> <p>Participate in initiatives pertaining to Productivity, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Safety and Environment improvement</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Manufacturing Excellence</strong></p> <p>Participation in Manufacturing Excellence.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>BBS</strong></p> <p>Participation in Behaviour based Safety.</p> <p> </p> <p>Age: Less than 26 years</p> <p>Qualification: Candidate should be BSc-Chemistry, MSc-Chemistry</p> <p>Experience: 1 – 3 years job experience </p> </span>
