• His job involves meeting contractors, profiling them, identifying a set of contractors that can be adopted for - training, professional grooming such that this contractor set becomes recommendable to consumers. <br>
• He must track and promote increased business engagement of contractors with Asian Paints.<br>
• He will be the single point of contact for all contractor queries, training, site evaluation or on-site technical assistance, and any other relevant requirement. <br>
• Each RCA will report to the Focus Product Supervisor + Retail Supervisor in the region.<br><br>Key Performance Indicators <br>
• Profile, maintain and update records of all contractors in the territory / unit <br>
• Enroll adopted contractors for required set of training programs, evaluate their on-site proficiency <br>
• Pitch new products and ensure new products training and product usage <br>
• Track and promote business engagement of adopted contractors with Asian Paints <br>
• Ensure the contractors meet mandatory requirements and upgrade in the tier hierarchy <br>
• Ensure site evaluation &amp; on-site assistance for adopted contractors
• Co-ordinate with TSO and other retail team members as and when required.</p>

<p>Role Requirements / Specifications Qualifications Essential –

• Full time (Regular Day Course) Graduation in any discipline with Min 50% Marks
• Engineers will not be considered</p>

<p>Desired <br>- MBA Marketing Previous Experience Essential <br>

• Fresher will also be considered Desired
• Work experience in related area of 0.5 <br>- 1 years would be preferred Functional Competencies <br>
• Age: Less than 25 years
• Applicants should be Indian Citizens or hold relevant residence status
• Comfort with basic MS Office for reporting purposes
• Fluency in English, Hindi and any regional language is an added advantage Behavioral Competencies
• Good Communication
• Confident and pleasant personality
• Good selling and convincing skills Additional Requirements
• Should own and use a bike as the geography entails a lot of travel
