AID Relationship (PAN-India)

<span class="jobdescription"><p><strong>Role Overview:</strong></p> <p>This is a field role focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with Architects &amp; Interior Designers (AIDs). It focuses on various Home Décor product categories such as Luxury Lights, Kitchen &amp; Wardrobe, Bath Fittings &amp; Sanitaryware, UPVC Windows &amp; Doors, Textures, Wood Finishes, Wallpapers, Fabrics, etc. <br><br></p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Maintain relationships with existing AIDs and service their requirements.</li> <li>Onboarding new AIDs and creating a database of all active architects in defined geography.</li> <li>Maintain &amp; Update CML (Customer Master List) for AIDs.</li> <li>Plan potential business in your territory &amp; categories via AIDs.</li> <li>Lead generation by showcasing offerings through catalogs &amp; brochures and informing AIDs about new launches and product updates, followed by scheduling meetings to strengthen engagement.</li> <li>Conduct site visits to end customers’ homes, act as the Point of Contact (POC) for escalations, and ensure a smooth experience during home décor integration.</li> <li>Coordinate with business category teams for backend support and seamless execution. </li> <li>Maintain tracker with weekly visits to architects and updates on:</li> </ul> <ol> <li>Number of catalogs/collaterals distributed </li> <li>Number of product briefings conducted </li> <li>Number of AID sites visited.</li> </ol> </span>
