<span class="jobdescription"><div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:14.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>External Job Description</b></H2> </div><div><p>Gate Security:<br>Manage effective gate control as per manual for securing the Plant property and employees<br>Manpower Management:-<br>Ensure the Security Service provider is providing the Security staff to the Plant as required without any shortage<br>Others:<br>Liaisoning with local and Government officials, Police and Fire &amp; Rescue services through regular meetings<br>Create agreements, Purchase Orders and bills and ensure timely processing of the same<br>Prepare and submit reports in a timely manner<br>Basic fire safety knowledge<br>Health checks of fire fighting system (Regular inspection and audits)<br>Contractor (AMC &amp; Security) management for fire protection equipment<br>AMC reports observations consolidation and closure<br>Emergency drills<br>Conduct trainings on Fire fighting<br>Material Gate Operations:<br>Raw material, finished goods and Packing Material Vehicle movements and ensuring compliances<br>Recording and Tracking of returnable and non-returnable gate pass.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:14.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Competencies</b></H2> </div><div><div>Scientific Rigor</div><div>Standing for each other’s success</div><div>Audacity</div><div>Integrity</div><div>Creative Zeal</div><div>Customer Passion</div><div>Functional Competency</div></div></div></div> </span>
