• His job involves meeting contractors, profiling them, identifying a set of contractors that can be adopted for - training, professional grooming such that this contractor set becomes recommendable to consumers. <br>
• He must track and promote increased business engagement of contractors with Asian Paints. <br>
• He will be the single point of contact for all contractor queries, training, site evaluation or on-site technical assistance, and any other relevant requirement.<br>
• Each RCA will report to the Focus Product Supervisor + Retail Supervisor in the region.</p>

<p>Business Responsibility Areas</p> <p><br>

• Profile, maintain and update records of all contractors in the territory / unit<br>
• Enroll adopted contractors for required set of training programs, evaluate their on-site proficiency<br>
• Pitch new products and ensure new products training and product usage<br>
• Track and promote business engagement of adopted contractors with Asian Paints<br>
• Ensure the contractors meet mandatory requirements and upgrade in the tier hierarchy<br>
• Ensure site evaluation &amp; on-site assistance for adopted contractors<br>
• Co-ordinate with TSO and other retail team members as and when required.</p>

<p><br>Qualifications</p> <p><br>

• Essential –<br>
• Full time (Regular Day Course) Graduation in any discipline with Min 50% Marks <br>
• Engineers will not be considered</p>

<p>Desired - MBA Marketing</p> <p>Previous Experience</p> <p><br>

• Essential<br>
• Fresher will also be considered<br>Desired<br>
