<span class="jobdescription"><div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:14.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>External Job Description</b></H2> </div><div><p>Responsibilities of the job:</p> <p>Inspection &amp; Testing</p> <p>Ø Conduct timely inspection &amp; testing of incoming Raw Materials, Packing Materials, Intermediates &amp; Finished Goods</p> <p> </p> <p>Calibration &amp; Maintenance</p> <p>Ø Calibrate &amp; conduct preventive maintenance of the reference/master samples &amp; testing instruments as per guidelines</p> <p> </p> <p>Customer complaint analysis</p> <p>Ø Conduct quick analysis of complaint received from the market and respond timely response to field</p> <p> </p> <p>Audit</p> <p>Ø Carry out audits as per defined schedule and guideline</p> <p>Ø Perform closure of the gaps as per agreed timelines</p> <p> </p> <p>System Adherence</p> <p>Ø Adhere to APQS (QMS, SMS &amp; EMS)</p> <p>Ø Raise design change requests</p> <p>Ø Provide suggestion for improvement in case of any gap</p> <p> </p> <p>Improvement</p> <p>Ø Participate in initiatives pertaining to Productivity, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Safety and Environment improvement</p> <p> </p></div></div></div> </span>
