<span class="jobdescription"><div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:14.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>External Job Description</b></H2> </div><div><p style="text-align:justify"><span style="text-decoration:underline">Key Responsibilities</span>: </p> <ul> <li style="text-align:justify">Carry out the technical design elements of the business / functional requirements and validate the design / architecture with the concerned Executive / Manager </li> <li style="text-align:justify">Develop the application as per the technical design</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Shadowing of partner’s development team if the project is outsourced</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Troubleshooting, debugging of issues and providing resolution</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Periodic maintenance activity for application patches and upgrades</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Unit / Integration Testing of development artifacts</li> <li style="text-align:justify"> Training end-users on the application developed / customized</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Migration of application / associated data for large migration projects from one technology platform to other</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Post-production support</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Adherence to KPIs and SLAs for application support</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Documentation of design &amp; development work</li> </ul></div></div></div> </span>
