• This role will involve analysing workforce trends, attrition, compensation, performance, engagement and hiring data; preparing dashboards and reports; identifying patterns and insights; supporting HR strategy; ensuring data accuracy; and translating HR data into actionable recommendations for business leaders.

Additional role details

• Collect, compile, and analyse HR data from various sources including employee records, payroll outputs, management, and employee surveys.
• Design and maintain executive level dashboards and metrics using advanced Excel functions and data visualisation tools.
• Transform data into compelling stories and business recommendations for HR and business leaders.
• Automate recurring HR reports and ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery using AI tools.
• Perform audits and quality checks on compensation-related data and spreadsheets.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, Organization Design, Talent Management, and HR Operations to understand business needs, ensure smooth execution of Total Rewards processes and develop analytical solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
