• Configuration of the server and certificate creation with the help of IT staff. 2.
• Creation of training schema and live schema with the help of IT staff/Partners. 3.
• Managing customer/partner engagement. 4.
• Team working with Project Managers/Consultants and technical staff (IT team, Customization team, Development team, Sales Team, Partners). 5.
• Deals with data validation and uploading. 8.
• Responsible for the parallel run and sign-off for Go live. 9.
• Implementing the product and providing post-go-live technical support for a certain period of time. 10.
• Receives final sign-off from the customer/Partner 11.
• To virtually introduce the customer/Partner to the central support team and handing over all the documents of the customer to the central support team. 12.
• They also conduct review training for any new staff. 13.
• Substantial travel to meet directly with clients and implement the product.
