<p><strong>Aspects of the Role:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Responsible for Promo Direction of Movies, shows & events, from ideation to execution.</li> <li>Supervises   every production aspect from Promo perspective by working with Producers on the highest possible quality – from run order acceptance to master delivery.</li> <li>Manages   & mentors the OAP team and developing & training new script writers.</li> <li>Work   closely with all Cross functional departments / stake-holders – Production   team, Programming Team, Operations & Graphics Team, Consumer Insights and   Strategy Team, Brand Management Team & Commercial Team to ensure the   smooth process of building & meeting timelines, estimating costs and   contracts & adequate exposure of all new launches & sustenance of existing shows.</li> <li>Coordinating   with the Consumer Insights team and Brand management Team to define and evaluate strategies that effectively enhance the viewership and channel reach.</li> <li>Coordinate   with Standards & Practices Team to raise compliance issues, liaise both   internally and externally and ensure that the appropriate certification   procedures are followed.</li> <li>Supervise Promo budgets, compliance, contractual issues, delivery requirements and music copyright.</li> <li>Development and delivery of Promo content within tight & stipulated timelines.</li> <li>Delivery of high-quality Promo that drives viewership   and, where appropriate, ratings as well as critical appreciation.</li> </ul> <h2>Skills and expertise</h2> <ul> <li>Television Production (Pre/Post Production)</li> <li>Solid in-depth knowledge on Film making.</li> <li>Broadcasting Knowledge</li> <li>Video Production</li> <li>Excellent Analytical Abilities</li> <li>Problem Solving</li> <li>Critical thinking</li> <li>Ability to develop & manage talent</li> <li>Target Oriented</li> </ul>
