Senior Manager - Programming, Non Fiction

<p><strong>Key Accountabilities</strong></p> <p>· Provide direct hands-on management for each assigned project from &nbsp;&nbsp;conception to execution.</p> <p>· Responsible &nbsp;&nbsp;for creating a content strategy and vision for the channel – Non-Fiction Content</p> <p>· Conceptualize/Develop/Manage &nbsp;&nbsp;and Execute the Show Launches to Achieve the targeted GRP/TVR/TSV/Slot &nbsp;&nbsp;Position while leveraging on cross function capabilities to align with the &nbsp;&nbsp;launch strategy</p> <p>· You should &nbsp;&nbsp;perform well under deadlines, have the ability to manage multiple projects &nbsp;&nbsp;simultaneously.</p> <p>· You will &nbsp;&nbsp;lead the creative team to make sure that the annual business goals are met.</p> <p>· Provide Content vision for development, execution, production and &nbsp;&nbsp;post-production of all existing projects.</p> <p>· Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas</p> <p>· Creative supervision of entire process from scripting to delivery.</p> <p>· Work with channel on all creative aspects of scripting including &nbsp;&nbsp;episodic story, screenplay, dialogues, creative variations on the existing &nbsp;&nbsp;shows and new shows in future.</p> <p>· Overlooking daily schedule and shoot plan as per the channel and &nbsp;&nbsp;delivery deadline.</p> <p>· Approving the artist, locations basis the availability and the budgets &nbsp;&nbsp;as per the show creative and guidelines.</p> <p>· Work closely with production head/project lead to in order to achieve &nbsp;&nbsp;the show vision.</p> <p>· Build content pipeline from external broadcasters/clients you develop &nbsp;&nbsp;new business opportunities that allow you to monetize, expand, and promote &nbsp;&nbsp;your content.</p> <p>· Should possess good industry connect and links</p> <h2>Skills and expertise</h2> <p>· <strong>Skills:</strong></p> <p>Excellent Communication Skills (knowledge of Bangla), Leadership Skills, Management Skills, Ability to encourage and drive teamwork, Time-management Skills, Teaching and Analytical Skills, Project Management, Content Management, Good Understanding on Production &amp; Post-production, Writing Skills, Content Research Capability, Understanding of Technology.</p>
