<h3>AD / Director – Strategy &amp; Business Planning (B2B Partnerships)</h3> <p><strong>Location:</strong> NCR |&nbsp;</p> <h4>Role Overview</h4> <p>Drive the strategy, analytics, product planning, and monetization support agenda for ZEE5's B2B Partnerships business. The role will act as a central strategy office, generating insights, business cases, and recommendations to support decision-making, product evolution, partner propositions, and long-term business growth.</p> <h4>Key Responsibilities</h4> <p>· Drive business strategy, planning, and performance tracking for the B2B Partnerships business.</p> <ul> <li>Generate data-driven insights through subscriber, revenue, product, and market analytics.</li> <li>Develop business cases,financial models, and strategic recommendations to support key &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;initiatives.</li> <li>Partner with Product,Technology, Data, and Business teams to translate market and business &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;requirements into scalable solutions.</li> <li>Build dashboards, and &nbsp;decision-support frameworks.</li> <li>Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and industry analysis to identify opportunities and emerging trends.</li> </ul> <h4><br></h4> <h2>Skills and expertise</h2> <h4>Ideal Candidate</h4> <p>· 8+ years of experience in Strategy, Business Planning, Analytics, Consulting, Corporate Strategy, or Digital Businesses.</p> <ul> <li>Strong analytical, financial &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;modelling, and problem-solving capabilities.</li> <li>Exceptional &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;presentation-building and storytelling skills.</li> <li>Experience in OTT, Telecom,</li> <li>Digital, Media, Subscription, or Technology businesses preferred.</li> </ul> <p>This positions the role as a <strong>strategy, analytics, insights, and planning lead</strong>, not a sales, account management role.</p>
