<ol> <li>Planning and Strategising the channel FPCs for the month :</li> </ol> <p>a. Define the outlook for the month,</p> <p>b. understanding the genre PUT movements,</p> <p>c. tracking competitive environment and maximising the fresh and library movies to achieve the set goals.</p> <p>2. Planning a promotion strategy for the respective Channels - identifying the highlights and planning promotions with the Channel management and the OAP teams.</p> <p>3. Ensuring smooth and error-free execution of all the set SOPs for the programming team – movie dispatches, overseeing Sales integrations, library usage, FPC execution to the last levels, etc.</p> <p>4. Managing team members to lead them towards the company targets with maturity and clear communication.</p> <p><br></p> <p><br></p> <h2>Skills and expertise</h2> <ol> <li>A deep understanding of content in the Marathi Movie Genre</li> <li>Organised and Process oriented</li> <li>Ability to manage a team effectively within the Organisation’s purview</li> <li>Should be an effective and sharp communicator</li> </ol>
