<p>Job Role: Vice President Sales- Zee5</p> <p>Location: Bangalore</p> <p>Team: Revenue <br> Work Mode: Full-time, Work from Office</p> <p><br></p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <p><strong>Revenue Strategy Development</strong></p> <ul> <li>Define and execute comprehensive revenue strategies across ad sales, branded content, and partnerships on ZEE5.</li> <li>Collaborate with product, marketing, and content teams to design monetizable solutions.</li> <li>Identify, test, and scale new revenue streams to future-proof the business model.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Ad Sales Leadership</strong></p> <ul> <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers and media agencies to drive premium ad deals.</li> <li>Optimize digital ad inventory to ensure maximum yield and superior campaign delivery.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Data-Driven Decision Making</strong></p> <ul> <li>Use performance analytics to evaluate campaign results and overall ad revenue trends.</li> <li>Leverage user behavior, audience insights, and platform data to refine sales strategy.</li> <li>Continuously experiment and optimize channels to improve ROI.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Team Leadership</strong></p> <ul> <li>Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing revenue team.</li> <li>Set clear KPIs, manage performance, and instill results-driven, collaborative culture.</li> <li>Foster innovation and upskilling within the team.</li> </ul> <p><br></p> <h2>Skills and expertise</h2> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p> <p>· Proven track record of driving revenue growth in digital advertising- at least 12-15 years of work experience.</p> <p>· Deep understanding of digital ad products (video, branded content).</p> <p>· Strong analytical skills and comfort with performance data and dashboards.</p> <p>· Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building abilities.</p> <p>· Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.</p>
