<div style="">Consumer Insights &amp; Analytics</div><ul> <li style="">Analyse large number datasets using Yumi, BARC, Excel (advanced formulas), and other analytics tools.</li> <li style="">Deliver qualitative and quantitative insights supporting programming, marketing, and channel teams.</li> <li style="">FPC planning &amp; execution: Analyse NPT dayparts, competitive segmentation, and identify strategies to boost ratings.</li> <li style="">Collaborate on feasibility assessments of new program formats—including market targeting and genre growth potential.</li> <li style="">Working on business presentations.</li> <li style="">Smooth co-ordination with operations and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, efficiency, and shared objectives</li></ul><div style="">Project Leadership &amp; Innovation</div><ul> <li style="">Working on key projects and innovations that would increase the % network share</li> <li style="">Optimize promo planning on home channel through strategic insights.</li> <li style="">Build and deploy proprietary data models that will increase business efficiency and effectiveness</li></ul><div style="">Competitor &amp; Media Analysis</div><ul> <li style="">Keeping track of TVR ratings for various genres and competitor channel programs</li> <li style="">Keep up-to-date with industry changes, case studies and regulatory impacts through internal and external networks</li></ul> <h2>Skills and expertise</h2> <div style="">Experience: &nbsp;6+ years in research, insights or strategy roles— BARC + TV broadcast experience a strong plus.</div><div style="">Education: MBA or Master’s degree (engineering or analytics background preferred).</div><div style=""><br></div><div style="">Technical Skills:</div><div style="">Proficient with Yumi- BARC analytics, and power point presentations.</div><div style="">Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas).</div><div style="">Experience with large-scale quantitative and qualitative analysis.</div><div style=""><br></div><div style="">Soft Skills:</div><div style="">Strategic thinker with a collaborative mindset.</div><div style="">Strong project management skills with experience in cross-functional partnerships.</div><div style="">Coordinating smoothly between operations and other function team.</div>
