Senior Manager- Marketing

The role demands creativity, coordination and a strong understanding of media and advertising.</div><div style="">Key Responsibilities:</div><ul> <li style="">Develop and execute marketing strategies to &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;promote Zee’s international business in India</li> <li style="">Create and distribute engaging &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;email campaigns and mailers to clients and agencies</li> <li style="">Manage digital promotions &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;across platforms including social media, newsletters and digital ads</li> <li style="">Design innovative advertising &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;packages and promotional materials for international offerings</li> <li style="">Regularly create and publish &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;content/posts on LinkedIn and other relevant social platforms</li> <li style="">Coordinate closely with the &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;sales team to understand needs, align marketing efforts and support sales &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;pitches</li> <li style="">Understand the &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;India-International media landscape, audience insights and client &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;categories</li> <li style="">Monitor campaign performance &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;and suggest data-driven improvements</li> <li style="">Contribute creative ideas to &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;enhance visibility, reach and recall among target clients</li> <li style="">Work with designers, agencies, &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;and vendors for execution of campaigns</li></ul><div style="">Skills &amp; Requirements:</div><ul> <li style="">4–5 years of experience in media marketing, &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;preferably in ad sales or broadcasting</li> <li style="">Excellent communication and &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;content-writing skills</li> <li style="">Strong understanding of digital &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;and social media platforms</li> <li style="">Ability to multitask and manage &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li> <li style="">Proficiency in tools like &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;PowerPoint, Canva, Excel, and basic analytics tools</li></ul> <h2>Skills and expertise</h2> <div style=""><br></div>
