BIM Modeler – HVAC at Systra Engineering

We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeller (HVAC) to develop and coordinate HVAC BIM models for building and infrastructure projects.

• Perform clash detection and coordinate with Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection disciplines.
• Support construction teams by updating models and incorporating site changes.

• One of the major achievements of India CTR team has been the design of HS2 project in UK.
• We played an instrumental role in delivering 3 major Sublots on HS2 with our teams proactively engaging with Front Office in UK and delivering beyond client expectations.
• This resulted in India team receiving many accolades from the contractor BBV and client HS2.
• CTR team in India is proficient in working on multi-disciplinary projects integrating Design, BIM and Drawing production in a seamless workflow incorporating different software.
• The technical and management teams within CTR get an opportunity to work and interact with other CTR teams within Systra Group from Paris, Poland, Dubai, Philippines and Brazil.
• The role involves creating accurate 3D models, generating construction drawings, participating in multidisciplinary coordination, and ensuring compliance with project BIM standards.
• Missions/Main Duties Develop and maintain HVAC BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Model HVAC systems including ductwork, piping, equipment, and ventilation systems.
• Generate plans, sections, elevations, shop drawings, and installation drawings from BIM models.
• Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP), project standards, and quality requirements.
• Extract quantities and support project documentation and deliverables.
• Participate in coordination meetings and resolve model-related issues.
• Profile/Skills Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering .
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and Navisworks.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting, and piping layouts.
• Experience in BIM coordination and clash resolution.
• Familiar with ACC/BIM 360 and Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and model accuracy.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
