About Project : Systra is appointed to provide Project Management Consultancy Services for Works of Signalling & Telecommunication System, SCADA System, and Ticketing System Of Mumbai – Ahmedabad High Speed Rail Project We are seeking applications: Position: Expert Contract-1 Hiring for Project Management Consultancy Services for Works of Signalling & Telecommunication System, SCADA System, and Ticketing System of Mumbai – Ahmedabad High Speed Rail Project

Required qualifications

• 07 years of experience in contract management during construction phase in Railbased Transit System project(s) funded by Bilateral/Multilateral Development Banks/Agencies. Rail-based Transit System project(s) shall mean High-Speed Railways / Semi High-Speed Railways / Metro Railways projects as defined below: High-Speed Railways projects (ETCS based) with operational speed equal or greater than 250 Kmph shall only be considered for evaluation.
• Semi High-Speed Railways including Urban/Suburban/ Intercity/ Regional Passenger Transit Systems, projects with operational speed equal to or greater than 160 Kmph shall only be considered for evaluation.
• Metro Railways excluding LRT/Tram/Monorail Systems, projects shall only be considered for evaluation.

Employment details

• Location: Ahemedabad/Delhi Missions/Main Duties Assist Chief Expert and Dy.
• Chief Expert in performing tasks that shall include but not limited to the following: Comprehensive support in contract administration, encompassing strategic dispute resolution, nuanced contract management, proactive renegotiation strategies, and development of innovative standard procedures and operational tools.
• Assessment of project long term financial statements and preparation, submission and disbursement of claims to multi-lateral funding institution(if applicable).
• Preparation of cost breakdown structure, creation of baseline project cost (under its scope), budget and cashflow schedule.
• Assist in establishing procedures for any changes in the project criteria/scope.
• Assistance in legal matters.
• Any other roles and responsibilities required to be performed to complete the project and assigned by PD and Client(NHSRCL).
