• Missions/Main Duties He/She will guide the field supervision teams and the contractor’s site officers in complying with adequate road safety measures and standards in roads/ bridges/ culverts/ hills.
• He/ She will undertake hands-on-training programs on road safety issues and mitigation measures in hill roads as required from time to time He/She will be coordinating and controlling, through the Team Leader’s office, all construction safety issues with the Contractor’s safety audit team.
• He/She will be responsible for reporting and following up on construction safety issues / lapses as appropriate.
• He/ She shall also be familiar with latest codes, circulars, and guidelines of MORTH/IRC/BIS etc.
