Required qualifications

• Testing & Commissioning: Directing full-load tests and leading the technical demonstrations required for CMRS safety certification.
• Profile/Skills Graduate in relevant Engineering Required total 20+ years of experience 15+ years of experience in relevant projects.

• Site Leadership (CRE): Overseeing the physical installation of trusses, drive units, and guide rail alignments to ensure precise mechanical tolerances.
• Safety Compliance: Ensuring all units meet global standards ( EN 115 / EN 81 ) and local fire life safety norms (auto-homing/emergency stops).
• System Integration: Coordinating power requirements with E&M and integrating units with the SCADA/Station Management System for remote monitoring.
• Lifecycle Management: Developing long-term maintenance strategies and implementing energy-saving technologies like VVVF drives.
