• Missions/Main Duties Prepare and evaluate contracts related to system works (signaling, telecom, rolling stock, power supply, SCADA, AFC, etc.).
• Oversee tendering processes, assess technical and financial bids, and ensure transparent contractor selection.
• Evaluate contractor claims, negotiate settlements, and support resolution of disputes specific to system packages.
• Identify contractual risks in system works and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Liaise with engineers, project managers, and legal teams, while preparing periodic reports on system contract status.
• Profile/Skills He/She should be Graduate in Engineering.
