JD for Cyber Security Engineer (2–3 Years Experience) Experience: 2–3 Years Required Skills Hands-on experience with Data Security solutions, Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration Testing and information protection. Strong understanding of Network Security concepts, including TCP/IP, VLANs, Routing, Switching, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and network troubleshooting. Good knowledge of security technologies such as Checkpoint Firewalls , DDoS Protection , Web Application Firewall (WAF) , Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS) , Network Detection & Response (NDR) , IDS , Web Security , Email Security , and Secure Web Gateway (SWG) . Experience with Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing solutions, EDR/XDR, Endpoint Protection, Antivirus, Device Control, and Endpoint Detection technologies. Ability to troubleshoot cybersecurity incidents and support solution deployment, implementation, configuration, and post-deployment activities. Good communication, presentation, documentation, and customer-facing skills. Preferred Skills Exposure to SIEM , Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing Tools and Incident Response. Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CEH , CompTIA Security+ , CCNA , CCNA Security , or equivalent certifications will be an added advantage .
