Python Automation Engineer/Lead

<h1><b>Position:</b></h1>Python Automation Engineer/Lead<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><b>Job Description:</b></h1><p>Key Responsibilities-</p><ul><li>Design, build and maintain automated test frameworks in Python and Pytest for embedded devices and the software that runs on them.</li><li>Strong hands-on experience in FlaUI for Windows desktop application automation.</li><li>Strong programming expertise in Python with PyTest / Robot Framework.</li><li>Write automated tests across levels: integration, system and end-to-end, including tests run on hardware and on simulators.</li><li>Work with updating Automation framework</li><li> Run tests on real instruments analyse logs and debug failures across hardware, firmware and software.</li><li>Execute manual/automation test case and report defects</li><li>Defect tracking and verification.</li><li>Follow Test process to ensure adequate quality</li></ul><p> </p><p>Must have skills-<br />

• Strong proficiency in Python and Appium.<br />
• Hands-on experience with automation testing frameworks such as PyTest/Unittest.<br />
• Building test automation frameworks from scratch or extending existing ones.<br />
• Embedded or device testing: hardware-in-the-loop, simulators, serial/TCP/IPC communication, log analysis.<br />
• Linux command line and shell scripting.<br />
• Git and pull-request based workflows.<br />
• CI/CD exposure (Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipelines or GitHub Actions).<br />
• Solid grasp of test design techniques: boundary values, equivalence classes, negative testing.<br />
