The candidate will be responsible for validating Salesforce applications, integrations, data flows, and end-to-end business processes while ensuring high-quality releases.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Design and execute functional, integration, regression, smoke, sanity, and end-to-end test cases.</li><li>Test Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Experience, custom objects, workflows, flows, validation rules, and approval processes.</li><li>Perform API, integration, data migration, and database validation testing.</li><li>Validate Salesforce roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and business process configurations.</li><li>Log and track defects using Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools.</li><li>Participate in Agile ceremonies, release testing, UAT support, and production validation.</li><li>Maintain test documentation, execution reports, and quality metrics.</li></ul><p><b>Required Skills:</b></p><ul><li>5&#43; years of software QA experience, including strong Salesforce testing experience.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Salesforce functional and end-to-end testing.</li><li>Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning, workflows, flows, validation rules, and approval processes.</li><li>Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI.</li><li>Knowledge of SQL, SOQL, data validation, and integration testing.</li><li>Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.</li><li>Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD practices.</li></ul><p><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer certification.</li><li>Knowledge of Apex, triggers, Salesforce security, and deployment processes.</li></ul><p>Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><b>Location:</b></h1>IN-GJ-Ahmedabad, India-Ognaj (eInfochips)<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><b>Time Type:</b></h1>Full time<h1></h1><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><b>Job Category:</b></h1>Engineering Services
