Role Purpose: Ensure seamless passenger handling and efficient terminal operations while delivering excellent customer service and supporting on-time flight departures and arrivals. Key Responsibilities Manage check-in, boarding, arrival, and baggage service processes. Assist passengers and resolve service-related queries. Verify travel documents and ensure regulatory compliance. Coordinate with airport stakeholders for smooth operational flow. Ensure adherence to safety, security, and service standards. Qualification & Experience Graduate in any discipline. 1-3 years of experience in Airport Operations, Aviation, Hospitality, or Customer Service.
