Provide services to banks across India. Communicate with clients and developers regarding new requirements or improvements. Communicate with Team Leads (TLs) and developers. Prepare daily reports. Monitor transactions of all banks and ensure seamless functioning. Ensure timely and efficient team communication and inter-departmental coordination for escalation and issue resolution. Follow up on escalations and solutions received from the development team before deploying them to clients.
