Address customer queries. Provide services to banks across India. Communicate with clients and developers for new requirements or improvements in the existing system. Ensure timely and efficient team communication and inter-departmental coordination for escalation and issue resolution. Work with technical teams to resolve UPI-related problems. Create reports on UPI performance and issues. Train internal teams on UPI processes.
