Key Skills Assign tasks and responsibilities to employees according to their skills and work experience. Monitor the performance and productivity of employees assigned tasks. Provide regular feedback to help employees perform their duties efficiently. Help employees develop additional skills and knowledge through staff development programs, workshops, and training sessions. Draft, review, and update SOPs for effective operations. Identify and address operational inefficiencies, such as frequent downtimes, inefficient workflows, or quality control issues. Implement preventive and corrective measures to ensure minimal downtime or delays. Resolve customer escalations. Escalate complex or unresolved complaints to the relevant departments. Follow up with customers to collect feedback and ensure they have no additional issues. Perform basic data analysis to understand frequently occurring problems, determine their causes, and design solutions to prevent recurrence. Conduct onboarding sessions for new employees. Provide job-specific training and guidance. Communicate performance expectations, goals, and key performance indicators to new employees.
