Key Skills Practical experience with .NET / Visual Studio Knowledge of databases: DB2, Oracle, MySQL Strong SQL skills: Queries, triggers, stored procedures, tuning Experience with SSRS Reporting Basic understanding of React.js user interface flows Good understanding of APIs (REST/SOAP), JSON, XML Basic networking, system administration, and log analysis Experience in Banking or FinTech platforms Understanding of Core Banking architecture Role Responsibility Understanding of the integration with various modules. Ensuring deployed solutions are tested in house before deploying at customer place. Plan & conduct training for end-users. Understand the issues faced by end-users on a day to day basis and provide a solution. Proactive & customer-centric approach while handling customer issues. Tracking all calls from clients and ensures timely resolution by troubleshooting application related issues. Provide a solution to clients for L1 and L2 Support.
