Your Role POSH & GRC is responsible for end-to-end ownership of the organization's POSH framework and broader compliance initiatives, ensuring a safe, respectful, and legally compliant workplace. This role requires strong accountability, sound judgment, and a proactive governance mindset Your Profile Manage and oversee the POSH Office and Internal Committee (IC) Ensure compliance with the POSH Act, internal policies, and governance standards Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements Track and implement legal updates and policy changes Maintain accurate documentation, records, and audit readiness Lead handling of POSH complaints with confidentiality and sensitivity Coordinate investigation panels and ensure fair, timely resolution Drive POSH training programs across levels Monitor training effectiveness and coverage Collaborate with HR, Legal, Leadership, and external IC members Provide guidance on compliance and sensitive matters Manage escalations with a solution-oriented approach Deliver leadership reporting (dashboards, insights, trends) Maintain and update intranet content (policies, FAQs, resources) Support Governance, Risk & Compliance initiatives, Identify risks, compliance gaps, and recommend improvements What you will love about working here We recognize the significance of flexible work arrangements to provide support in hybrid mode, you will get an environment to maintain healthy work life balance.
