Responsibilities

• You will support planning, governance, risk management, and performance monitoring.
• You will work with engineering teams, project managers, and supply chain teams.
• You will also drive engineering coordination and execution improvements.
• Drive engineering stage gates, design reviews, and design freezes.
• Monitor engineering schedules and support timely project delivery.
• Maintain engineering performance reporting and key performance indicators.
• Coordinate interfaces across disciplines, projects, and supply chain.
• Support construction, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.

• Your background:
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 6 to 10 years of project engineering or execution experience.
• Experience in power systems or multidisciplinary engineering delivery.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with engineering and project teams.
• Understanding of engineering governance and quality processes.
• Knowledge of risk management and project controls.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
