Principal Architect, ML Engineering

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Architect to provide technical leadership for a strategic analytics and AI-driven platform within Icertis. This role is responsible for defining the long-term architecture vision, designing scalable enterprise applications, and driving key technical initiatives across the product portfolio. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in application architecture with exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work directly with customers, engineering teams, and leadership to address complex business and technical challenges. Key Responsibilities Define and drive the long-term technical architecture and roadmap for enterprise-scale applications. Design scalable, secure, high-performing, and maintainable solutions using modern architecture principles. Provide architectural leadership across technologies including.NET, C#, ASP.NET Core, Python, React. Lead key product initiatives from architecture through execution and delivery. Partner with customers and stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into effective technical solutions. Participate in customer discussions and escalation calls, providing technical leadership and architectural guidance. Review application and system designs, ensuring alignment with architecture standards and best practices. Drive engineering excellence through architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical mentorship. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to improve product quality, reliability, scalability, and performance. Champion the adoption of AI technologies and identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and cost optimization. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend strategic investments that support business objectives. Provide final architectural oversight for major product enhancements and strategic initiatives.
