  • Collaborate with Business Process Leads to gather high-level requirements and document findings, decisions and process flows using established standards and templates.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of client needs and provide context and strategic input to shape and refine deliverables.
  • Manage expectations across cross-functional clients and management, influencing alignment and consensus.
  • Analyze end-to-end processes and integration touchpoints to ensure proposed designs meet business needs.
  • Create functional specifications, use cases, process diagrams, UI storyboards or mock-ups, and data conversion specifications.
  • Collaborate with Development, QA and testing teams to clarify and refine requirements and functionality throughout delivery.

  • The Business Analyst works alongside Business Process Leads and IT application development teams to translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, support solution design, and help implement software applications.
  • Translate business requirements into solution options and present playbacks and alternatives to business leads and Agile delivery teams.
  • 7+ years of experience in a professional-services or global corporate environment, including 5+ years as a Business Analyst supporting software and application development lifecycles.
  • Experience on large-scale global projects, delivering requirements on time and within budget.
  • Strong requirements engineering: workshops, functional specifications, use cases, gap analysis and process mapping.
  • Ability to identify ambiguity in business requests and convert intent into clear, specific requirements.
  • Advanced analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, with strong stakeholder communication.
  • Ability to organize multiple concurrent priorities and work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
