SAP Advance return management at UST

Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP ARM, Logistics (MM/SD/LE), and Quality Management (QM) processes, including Quality Notifications.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, status reporting, stakeholder communications, and delivery governance.

Required skills

• 12+ years of SAP experience with strong ABAP development expertise.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and at least one full lifecycle HANA transformation project.
• Strong knowledge of: Advanced Return Management (ARM) Reverse Logistics & Returns Processing Toolkit/Asset Management MM, SD, LE, and QM modules Quality Notifications Experience in semiconductor manufacturing environments.

• The ideal candidate will have a strong SAP ABAP background , hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience, and a proven track record delivering solutions for leading semiconductor organizations The Opportunity: Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP solutions for Reverse Logistics, Returns Management, Repair/Refurbishment, and Toolkit Management.
• Gather business requirements, drive solution design, and provide techno-functional leadership.
• Develop and oversee ABAP-based enhancements, interfaces, reports, workflows, and integrations.
• Coordinate with business users, IT teams, offshore/onshore resources, and external vendors to ensure successful project execution.
• Support testing, deployment, cutover, hypercare, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
