Your Role:<ul><li>Design and develop multilayer PCBs for high-performance and reliable products.</li><li>Create schematics, BOMs, PCB layouts, and engineering documentation.</li><li>Support high-speed hardware designs involving DDR, PCIe, USB, Ethernet, HDMI, and similar interfaces.</li><li>Perform stack-up analysis and ensure PCB designs meet SI, EMI/EMC, and thermal requirements.</li><li>Generate and verify manufacturing outputs, including Valor checks and production-related documents.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in design reviews, and ensure compliance with Aptiv quality standards.</li></ul> Your Background:<ul><li>5 to 8 years of experience with B.E. / B. Tech / M.E. / M. Tech in Electronics & Communication / Electrical /Instrumentation background.</li><li>Design and verification of multilayer PCBs with focus on low-cost, high reliability and high volume manufacturing.</li></ul><ul><li>Create schematics, bill of materials, and support PCB layouts using Mentor DxDesigner, Xpedition and Valor</li></ul><ul><li>Create design and production documentation (schematics, PCBs, electrical characteristics, etc.).</li></ul><ul><li>Experience in High-speed industry protocols like DDR5, SDRAM, Pcie, USB3, Ethernet, GMSL</li></ul><ul><li>CSI and DSI interfaces, HDMI, WIFI BT, JESD204B/C.</li></ul><ul><li>Create Layer stack up Analysis</li></ul><ul><li>Experience in PCB design by considering EMI/EMC, SI and Thermal</li></ul><ul><li>Create Tooling and related required drawings.</li></ul><ul><li>Valor creation and verification of Valor output.</li></ul><ul><li>Circuit calculations and simulations as required for PCB design.</li><li>Experience in Siemens Expedition tool is mandatory. </li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Co-operation with local and remote engineering teams.</li></ul><ul><li>Active participation in peer reviews.</li></ul><ul><li>On-time execution of assigned tasks in compliance with APTIV quality standards.</li></ul><ul><li>Follow Electrical Design Process.</li></ul><ul><li>Continuous development of professional qualifications.</li></ul><ul><li>Secure confidential information and company’s property.</li></ul><ul><li>On-time execution of assigned tasks in compliance with the valid quality system </li></ul><ul><li>Create business impact through cost saving and participating in Business critical reviews.</li></ul>Why Join Aptiv You grow at Aptiv.
