Job Description: BI & Data Platform Engineer / Lead Experience: 5–10 Years Locations: Pune / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai Work Mode: Hybrid Role Overview We are looking for a BI & Data Platform Engineer / Lead to manage and support enterprise BI and data platforms, ensure smooth operations, troubleshoot issues, and drive platform improvements. Required Skills SAP BusinessObjects: Administration, user access, report scheduling, monitoring and troubleshooting. Power BI: Tenant, workspace, gateway, refresh schedule and access management. Snowflake: Platform administration, deployment, workload monitoring, RBAC and troubleshooting. Azure: Working knowledge of Azure Synapse and Storage Accounts. IICS: Deployment, configuration changes and production support. Terraform & CI/CD: Exposure to automation, deployment processes and CI/CD pipeline monitoring. Strong troubleshooting and platform administration skills. Experience with platform monitoring, security, performance optimization and production support. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain BI and data platforms. Monitor platform health and resolve operational issues. Support deployments, configuration changes and automated code/RBAC deployments. Identify opportunities to improve platform performance, reliability and cost efficiency. Collaborate with business, infrastructure, security and data engineering teams. Take ownership of platform improvements and maintain technical documentation.
