Senior Specialist - Legal (Trading) - Legal and Compliance

We are looking for a resourceful candidate to join our Legal and Compliance department based out of the firm’s office in Hyderabad, India. The Legal team is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and resolving legal issues and risks for the firm. The team handles matters relating to contract review, trading documentation, transactional and real estate legal support, litigation, employment, and intellectual property.

In this role, you will be reviewing a variety of trading agreements/documentation. You will be required to review, draft and negotiate agreements such as Long-Form Confirmations, Master Confirmation Agreements, ISDA’s, CDEA’s, MSFTA’s and repurchase agreements across all major asset classes (e.g., options, swaps, forwards, commodities) and global jurisdictions with potential counterparties. Additionally, you will also get the opportunity to collaborate with attorneys in other offices of the D. E. Shaw group on various agreements and miscellaneous projects.
