Senior Software Engineer/ Software Engineer - Java with Spring Boot

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer/Software Engineer – Java with Spring Boot to join our technical team and take ownership of end-to-end software solution delivery. The ideal candidate will guide development efforts, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure the stability and quality of mission-critical applications within an Agile environment. Responsibilities Maintain and develop new features for existing software solutions Work closely with Product Owners, Clients, and Project Managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical tasks Ensure project stability and resolve technical challenges as they arise Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent delivery Drive development within an Agile methodology to ensure timely and iterative delivery Guide a technical team throughout the software development lifecycle Requirements 4 to 8 years of overall experience in IT, including software development, testing, and implementation Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related STEM field Proficiency in Java and SQL Familiarity with GitHub Actions and CI/CD practices supporting a 20+ releases/month cadence Experience with Spring Boot and microservices deployment Nice to have Knowledge of Redis and RabbitMQ Experience with dockerized microservices on AWS and Azure
