Production - HMC Operator (Thin Film Equipment)

HMC machine operator is responsible for operating and monitoring a Horizontal Machining Centre To Manufacture precision metal components according to engineering drawings and production requirements The operator ensures proper machine setup, loads and unloads workpieces, checks product quality and maintains safe and efficient machine operation Load and unload workpieces on fixtures or pallets Start, monitor and stop the machine during machining cycle Set up fixtures, tools and workpieces before starting production Set tools offsets, work offsets and machine parameters Job Description: Must have experience in Operating the HMC Machines with CNC Automatic Knowledge about fixtures, tooling & Maintenance Ability to work independently and in a team Good communication, with supervisors and quality teams Strong analytical and reporting skills
