Graduate Engineer Trainee (Thin Film and Optics)

Undergo training in multiple departments such as Production, Quality, Maintenance, Design, Planning and Supply Chain Assist Senior engineers in daily operational activities Learn and follow SOPs, Safety standards and quality procedures Participate in process improvement and cost optimization initiatives Prepare reports, documentation and data analysis as assigned Support troubleshooting and problem-solving activities Ensure adherence to company safety and compliance policies Final department allocation will be based on Technical Knowledge, Learning ability, Business requirement and Individual interest Key Skills & Competencies: Production Planning and Control (PPC) Communication & Co-ordination Employee engagement Tools & Machine Handling Machine Set Up & Offset Drawing knowledge Knowledge of MS office
