Production Supervisor

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee shift-level production operations, ensuring output targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently met on the manufacturing floor. Key Responsibilities: Supervise production line teams and daily output. Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality, and safety standards. Monitor production schedules and escalate delays. Coordinate with QC and maintenance teams to resolve floor issues. Train and mentor production staff. Maintain shift production and quality records. Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline (Engineering/Science preferred). 2 years of relevant production supervisory experience. Strong understanding of manufacturing floor operations. Good leadership and coordination skills.
